WHAT WE'RE UP TO
Representing Our Members
The authority for the Labor Management Joint Committee rests in the Agreements between CSEA, Inc. and New York State. Article 31 in each of the bargaining unit Agreements explicitly provides for the establishment and use of labor-management committees for resolution of worksite issues.
In 2023 CSEA Local 104 President Jamie Hart was appointed to New York State Parks Statewide Labor Management. Having the opportunity to bring widescale member issues that cannot be solved in local labor management at Niagara Parks to the table in Albany will give Local 104 a louder voice in negotiating labor management agreements that protect and benefit all members, agency-wide.
Please contact us about how to get involved.
we need your help and your VOICES!!!
